Steak Sauce and Seasoning
Johnny Fleeman's Steak Sauce and Seasoning is a special blend of ten different spices with no specific one standing out. Each flavor was carefully chosen to blend into an indefinable taste. Johnny Fleeman's Steak Sauce and Seasoning is very mild, so don't worry when using as a seasoning or marinade, it's hard to over do it.
Unlike most marinades, Johnny Fleeman's is very low in sodium with only (13%) by volume, compared to others as high as (51%). Johnny Fleeman's can be used directly out of the bottle after your steak is done or pour it over your steak a few hours before grilling to get that bolder flavor.
When we first made our sauce, we just used it on our steaks. Then, to our surprise, our restaurant customers started requesting it on our other menu items. Starting with my fresh hand-cut steaks, it went to our fresh chicken breast, then to our hand-patted hamburgers and then our fresh seafood filets, with Salmon being the most popular. When you saute onions or vegetables, use Johnny Fleeman's and a little butter to enhance the flavor. I hope I've given you a few ideas on how to use Johnny Fleeman's Steak Sauce and Seasoning. Listed below is a Brown Rice recipe we currently use in our restaurants I think you'll enjoy.
