Hey, alot of Ranch Dressing are out there. We didn't want to change Ranch Dressing up much because it's such a popular choice. A little change is good for a person and by adding a touch of cayenne pepper sauce and a few Cajun spices, BAM!!!, you got Johnny Fleeman's New Louisiana Ranch Dressing.

Here at the restaurant, we have always featured potato chips with our sandwiches and our homemade Ranch Dressing as a dip for chips. After eleven years, we needed a little change. Adding the Cayenne Pepper Sauce and the Cajun spices, it gave our Ranch dressing a little Cajun attitude.
