Honey Mustard Dressing
This Honey Mustard Dressing is the most popular in the restaurant. Besides tasting delicious on our fresh-made salads, we also use this as a dipping sauce for our Grilled Chicken Breast and Fried Chicken Fingers.
Add a little freshly prepared Horseradish Sauce and you'll have a great sauce for Salmon or Shrimp. Here is a couple of recipes I think you'll enjoy using with Johnny Fleeman's Honey Mustard Dressing.
Serving Suggestion
Johnny Fleeman's Fresh Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup finely chopped Celery
- 1 cup Granny Smith Apple (peeled and diced 1/4 cubes)
- 1/2 cup Pecan (pieces)
- 1/4 cup Pickled Relish
- 1/4 cup Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 3/4 cup Johnny Fleeman's Honey Mustard Dressing
Method:
Before you start this recipe, you'll need to cook the chicken breast. Here at the restaurant we boil the breast. Be sure to trim off excess fat and the gristle that runs down the center of the breast. After cooking the breast, dice into 1/4 inch cubes. Mix all ingredients together. We recommend using a 3/4 cup of Johnny Fleeman's Honey Mustard Dressing, but some of our friends like to use a little more. Use as main entree along with cut fruit and muffin or as a sandwich served on a croissant.
